As usual, FUNAN conducts staff orientation for the new coming staffs to ensure they are aware of Vision, Mission, Core value, organizational culture while all of them are coming from the cross cultures. On the other hand, the job orientation is helpful to them to get the understanding on their roles and responsibilities, and it is also equipped the skill on the job both in class and real practice.
Mr. Bunhon, the Chief Business Officer, during the closing remarks and delivering certificates to the new COs on Aug 15, 2017said, you have to have a vision. What do you want to be in the next 2 year, 3 year and 10 year? If you do not have vision, you are a follower then you are leaded. But if you have vision, you are a leader. Because the visionary staffs, they do different ways and challenging toward their ambition. When you go back to work in the different branches—Please try to absorb good things from the current peer COs, CCO and be away from any bad habits or discipline. Keep in mind, let’s go to learn from them and do better than them.
