FUNAN hold a seminar on “The implementation of Financial Education to its clients and client’s families” under the topic of “Basic knowledge of family financial management”

FUNAN Microfinance head office, September 15, 2022, FUNAN hold a seminar on “The implementation of Financial Education to its clients and client’s families” under the topic of “Basic knowledge of family financial management”. FUNAN includes this activity into its annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in 2022 to align with National Bank of Cambodia in Financial Literacy campaign and National Financial Inclusion Strategy. In the CSR campaign, FUNAN created content of Financial Education hand book (FE hand book) to deliver to its clients and client’s families; and it is expected of 25,000 households as beneficiary. The FE hand book “Basic knowledge of family financial management” content covers—1. Defining what is WANT and NEED?, 2. Defining family financial goals, 3. Cash flow and Income & Expense Management, 4. Understanding on getting loan, and 5. Table of cash in/out flow for income and expense management. Today seminar is aimed to provide training of trainer (ToT) to Regional Managers, then they are able to provide another ToT to branch staffs to execute the campaign to community.
